MEO provides your organization with Program and Project Managers for IT implementation and Asset Management programs or projects, always on an ad interim basis. To introduce and implement the new, suitable system, MEO will be working within your organization, teaming up with your own contributors or using an external project team.
MEO will create a plan and will guide and advise the project team. The team will analyze and reflect on the progress on a regular basis, and there will be a frequent communication with the client. During the cooperation, the focus is on exchanging knowledge between both parties and working in a team-oriented situation. During the after-stretch of the project, the ad interim manager will transfer his knowledge to the project board or to the Program Manager of your organization. He guides the team to the completion of the project and makes sure that the responsibility can be successfully reassigned to the company. With the acquired knowledge, the client's team is able to face future challenges and to overcome them by itself.
